Every semester we get some general questions from the incoming students. We noticed most questions are always the same, so answers can be found in this FAQ section.
How can I find accommodation?
All information concerning accommodation for foreign students can be found on Accomodation section of the KU Leuven website.
How can I find my way around in Leuven?
Google Maps provides an excellent map of Leuven. Go to Google Maps and search for ‘Leuven’.
Where can I find my timetable?
Normally, your timetable should be available from Toledo. If you can’t access your timetable in this way for some reason, go to this website. There, you have to select the correct master and look for your courses. In front of each course, there is a number. By clicking on this number, course details will be displayed. You will see there is a symbol of a 'clock' in the duration details. After clicking on that, the timetable for this course will appear.
Where does my course takes place?
In the timetable, click on ‘list presentation week’. You will see every course has a so-called ‘building code’. You can find the meaning and the address of this building code at the bottom of the page.
